Design direction of Air New Zealand's Check-in product. High cadence UX testing provided the backdrop to ensuring success for this project
The task at hand was to update the iconic Air New Zealand Check-in experience and make it more relevant to customers through a refreshed interface look and better user experience.
The new product design would need to feel familiar, yet provide a quicker check-in experience, and cater for the large variety of UX flows possible for different customer types.
Early conceptual direction focused the product to achieve systemised design layouts, a relevant photography/iconography style and links to the existing Air New Zealand Brand and Customer Journey.
